In 2017 they didn't answer my question which video they deleted. In 2018 I tried again and they told me that it was a video with the song below. Also neither Facebook nor Universal explained to me which videos are (not) allowed. So I googled and after finding some articles I thought that I have to delete all videos that are from Universal Music artists. I googled every artist we had a video online and deleted the videos from Universal artists. The video "Set Fire to the Rain" was approximately uploaded in 2013!

After the first infringement I couldn't post sth or write messages on Facebook for 3 days.

What did you delete? I guess it was a cover video? Is it forbidden to
upload cover videos, everyone does it?
There are no contact dates to Universal or a description of why sth was
